I am yet to find another textbook which so easily conveys land law concepts in a way that reaches students who need support and students who are excelling.A really great book,and loved by students. The author has produced a truly accessible and exciting work out of what is often regarded to be one of the most difficult subjects of every student's law degree.This is one of the best land law textbooks I have worked with; it is well written,organised and accessible,and the online resources are very useful to students and staff alike.We've been waiting for a book like Bevan's for a while. It combines all the elements of one's favourite land law texts; students will find that the questions that occur to them as they read are addressed very well.
